Chris Jones, a partner with the firm, was recently named to the Louisiana State Bar Association' s Leadership Class for this coming year. As a part of that program, he will participate in a variety of state bar meetings and functions to learn about the association and its structure and governance. He was one of ten young lawyers statewide selected to participate in the program, which is designed to orient some of the most involved attorneys with the state bar and its many programs.
The award is given for outstanding service to the community and commitment to pro bono activities. In addition to his pro bono activities, Chris focuses his practice in litigation, including class actions.
The Foundation is a non-profit organization supporting the Pennington Biomedical Research Center. Pennington Biomedical Research Center, a campus of the Louisiana State University System, is a state of the art facility with an internationally-renowned faculty that promotes healthier lives through research and education in nutrition and preventive medicine.
