About
Jenny has experience handling cases from the initial client consultation to preparing a writ of certiorari to the United States Supreme Court. Her experience allows her to work with clients to develop a cost-effective litigation plan for each case. Clients come to her from a wide variety of industry sectors and range in size from small family-owned businesses to Fortune 500 corporate giants who are headquartered in Louisiana and throughout the U.S. Regardless of their size, type or location, Jenny's clients value her honesty, efficiency, accessibility and responsiveness.
Her main area of practice is representing employers, insurers and third party administrators in workers compensation litigation throughout the state. Jenny is part of the workers compensation team at Keogh Cox that provides cost effective and practical representation from the inception of litigation through appeal and beyond. She also represents clients in a wide variety of other areas within the workers compensation context to include: subrogation; premium coverage disputes; medical billing disputes; healthcare provider suits; statutory employer/borrowing employer disputes, to name a few. Jenny also is an instructor for the Louisiana Association of Self Insured Employers’ Certified Workers Compensation Professional Program. She has also given seminars on workers compensation law for LASIE, LABI and the Baton Rouge Bar Association.
Aside from workers' compensation cases, she regularly handles insurance defense and general commercial litigation. In addition to her trial practice, Jenny utilizes her accounting and finance background to assist start-up and fast-growth companies with organization, structure and other business consultation needs.

- Represents numerous Louisiana employees in various workers’ compensation suits in both State workers’ compensation and Longshore.
- Assists local businesses in forming Louisiana corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships.
- Trial and appellate experience, most significantly in the area of workers’ compensation.
- Obtained numerous judgments for reimbursement from the Louisiana Workers Compensation Second Injury Board for employers and their workers’ compensation insurers.
- Represents a multi-state company for various issues including BBC complaints, lawsuits, and assists with insurance claims.
